May 6th-9th @ LHS Softball Field
High School: 3pm-5pm
Middle School: 5pm-6pm
Parent Meeting May 13th @ 6pm
All players must have the following completed before tryouts:
- Current Physical
- Insurance Waiver Form
- Concussion Awareness Form
- Sudden Cardiac Awareness Form
